The ROI depends, first of all, on the investor's profile, project (if any) and assets. Based on these factors, the Siam Investment Fund determines which platform is/are most appropriate for the investor and then see which programs are currently available, what deals can be negotiated with the bank (s), or what kind of customized program can be created based on the above and on the exit buyers.
Absolute security for the investor's capital, and the best possible return on investment is what the Siam Fund prioritize!
The Platform favors one- and two- year programs because of their security and stability. The Co-Founder and Trading Director has often participated in special Federal Reserve-backed programs-for the same reason. The Director never buys and holds instruments. Never. Sometimes, after a client has obtained 80-100% ROI, the client is asked to consider setting aside a certain amount of funds for participation in spot programs, which can often yield significantly higher returns for short periods, but which require speed and flexibility to take advantage of. The Siam Investment Fund and Trading Directors will never recommend this type of opportunity until after a client has already received full satisfaction from his original program profits and has developed a solid working relationship with the client, their bankers and advisors.
Past performance is not indicative of future returns and all ROI is clear in the final contract. SpringWest Capital Corp can say the Platform has had in the past during a rough period of time for PPI's a 40% net return on investments per month from all of their platforms and programs-for clients with between 100- and 300-million-euro or usd cash funds on deposit. The platform shares the profits 50/50 with the client and pay their facilitators, intermediaries, analysts, program managers, bankers, etc. from their share of the profits (in the past). This means that the clients final net profits from a private placement program (at this level) organized by The Siam Investment Funds Trading Director- Co Founder yielded a minimum of 20% (unofficially) per month for a 10-month trading year- or: 200% per annum to the investor. (This over a 2-year period many years ago) For optimal private placement level, 500 million - 1 billion Euro/USD, the platform trades more aggressively on two or more parallel platforms, often twice per day, at this level usually obtain regular, steady ROI of about 80-100% per month (unofficially). SpringWest Capital Corp is only attempting to convey the potential returns for engagement. The Siam Investment Fund will speak directly to the client after all due diligence is completed and approved!
SpringWest Capital Corp's fee to the client is 5%. The investor's net ROI is realistically projected to be 15-45% per month or more for 10 months or more!
The Siam Investment Fund was set up and organized in close cooperation with the Singapore and Hong Kong monetary and regulatory authorities. The Fund as a company, its founders and partners - have undergone long and detailed scrutiny by DBS and the bank's overseers. Investment model begins at 100 million USD or Euro. For such investor-partners, our banks and affiliated licensed traders will organize secure high-yield "capital-enhancement" programs under the auspices of DBS Hong Kong, one of the partner banks - or in cooperation with a special network of licensed traders under an exclusive arrangement with Siam Investment Fund. Guaranteed security of investment capital and a clear statement of monthly returns will characterize such investments, which will mature in either one or two years depending on the type of program the Siam Fund choose to organize for the client and the type of permission granted by the regulatory authorities.
Investor-partners will be able to largely (or entirely) finance their own projects (or simply increase their capital) from the profits of the trading programs made available through the Fund. Investors with strategically and socially important projects will naturally be given priority in the funds selection and planning, although having such projects to finance is not a requirement for investing in the Siam Investment Fund. Net profits (after banking and trading fees) will be shared between the Fund and its investor-partners.
